Camden Acres, History with a Future

Camden Acres, nestled just minutes from the historic village of Camden, is a beautiful new estate with endless green spaces where children can explore its trees and open fields.

A place as we remember when we were children, when we would ride our bicycles along quaint streets and our neighbors would walk along the sidewalks on some neighborly outing.

It’s a place removed from the pace of change, where children can walk to a modern school built in 2008. And for the parents’ pleasure, the beautiful and historic Studley Park golf course with a thriving commercial centre with shops and offices all within walking distance.

Camden Acres, part of the Elderslie land release, has available large vacant lots of up to 1500sqm as well as lesser 450sqm allotments. If you like, you can also choose a house and land package offered by some of the best builders in the business.

If you desire luxury living with the view of beautiful green grasses, trees and fields, and the beautiful Studley Park golf course, then Camden Acres is the place for you.

Camden Acres is another fine example of matchless development by Crownland Developments, who previously developed the luxurious residential estates of The Lanes and Twin Creeks.

Camden Acres. In touch with its history and looking forward to its future.

How to protect your home against burglary?

There is a famous English statement that says your home is your castle. Your home is where you want to enjoy your privacy. Burglary in your home can never be ruled out entirely, but there are several ways for potential intruders to the indomitable courage and your safety.
It is believed that burglars usually need up to five minutes for a break. Thirty seconds to get into a house, four minutes to find and collect loot and another thirty seconds to leave the house. So the more you make breaking itself difficult for them, the more they would hesitate to actually enter the house.

Make sure your home and your front door are not hidden behind a high, dense hedge, for example. Remember, for example, the vegetation in your front yard should be reduced, so your house is clearly visible. This increases social control and will discourage burglars a possible burglary.
Place so-called terror lights. These are lights that will go on whenever they detect a movement around the house. The burglar is put out of his concentration and will start wondering if maybe there really is someone in the house.

An additional way to make break the more difficult is to place safety locks with cylinders at several points connected with the wall. This will make the break technically more difficult. Make certain that you do it to every outside door because burglars go straight to find the weakest spot in the home security.
Remember to install an alarm system which is connected to an emergency room. If there is any suspicious movements, it will call the emergency room on a series of phone numbers. If the central station telephone numbers can’t reach nobody, they will automatically call the police.

Make sure you are not inviting the burglar by always leaving your home. Therefore avoid routine and never let know that you’re not home. Potential burglars look for certain habits of householders and they can make notes. Try to confuse the potential intruder and leave your house in different times during the week and weekends.
As long you are away, make sure you do not leave marks. Have someone to empty your mail box. Make sure that your lawn such trustee or the shutters open and close occasionally. [...]

Visiting Sydney

Sydney’s city center is compressed and then encircled by suburbs. The city center is home to government and business along with attractions, shops and dining. Darling Harbor has entertainment and museums, The Rocks, near Circular Quay, is the city‘s historical area. The city’s districts to the south, west, and east are home to markets, nightlife and casinos. Visitors to the suburbs will discover the beaches are not as crowded, less expensive along with shopping, parks and attractions.

Sydney, a British penal colony, was the first place the Europeans settled in Australia in 1788. Today, approximately 33% of Sydney’s population was born abroad, attracting a diverse population after World War II

Sydney’s climate is enjoyable year round as the city has at least 300 days of sun yearly. The seasons are reversed in comparison to the Northern Hemisphere, with summer being December until February so this is the best time to take in Sydney’s beaches.

Many of Sydney’s landmarks can been seen from North Sydney. The Sydney Harbor Bridge connects The Rocks to North Sydney. Darling Harbor is a tourist hub with museums and shopping. Sydney Olympic Park is a park and sports center. The Sydney Opera house is a renowned building in the center of Sydney. The tallest building in Sydney is the Sydney tower, which has a restaurant. The Royal Botanic Garden, established in the early 1800s, has acres of plants.

Sydney’s historical landmarks date to the colonial period. Visit sites from Sydney’s early settlement in the Rocks as well as in Parramatta. Macquarie Street also maintains historical buildings such as the Mint and Hyde Park Barracks, among others. The trek from Manly to Middle Head bypasses forts on the coast.

Visitors have a multitude of choices when they are thinking ‘accommodation Sydney‘ with abundance of Sydney hotels. Sydney has hundreds of selection within the central area from hostels for backpackers up to five star hotels with views of the Opera House and the harbor.
